Having researched what was on the market he found that whilst outplacement is a reasonably well-known service for some sectors in some they don't know about it. Also the clear difference is the online training platform that's been designed specifically for E-learning. Having spent 20 years in recruitment from the shop floor through to board room he's helped hundreds of people find a new role giving him a fantastic insight of what people have to face when coming to the jobs market.
