“We’re working with businesses who are having to make large scale redundancies - but whose staff are leaving feeling grateful and optimisic thanks to our unique methods. You can ‘steal’ these method for your business too - and it’s so easy to get started, you can start seeing the results inside a week.”

If you’re in the process of making redundancies, or it’s looking like you’re going to have to in the near future, this could be the most important thing you read this year.

Running a business is tough, but there are few things tougher than having to make people redundant.

It comes with the job, unfortunately. Part of building a team is accepting that, should things go South, you may have to let some people go.

That doesn’t make it any easier, I know.

Nobody wants to look someone in the eyes and tell them their job no longer exists. That they’re going to have to go home and tell their family that they’ve been made redundant, and they’re not entirely sure what’s going to happen next.

This year’s been more challenging than any other in recent record for most businesses. Even the bigger companies would agree. Hertz, the 102-year-old car rental company announced bankruptcy in May, leaving over 16,000 people suddenly jobless.

We’re not out the other side of this yet, that’s for sure. And look, while I’d love to tell you I’ve got all the answers, or that I can save your company the tough decision of having to let someone go, I can’t.

But if you’re faced with the real prospect of having to make some (or even all) of your staff redundant…

Or you’re already in the middle of letting people go…

…Then I can offer you a helping hand in these challenging times.
